Welcome to WebCARMA!

Dear WebCARMA user,

We're sorry to inform you that the WebCARMA service is currently down until further notice. We will send email notifications to all registered users once the service is back online. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Sincerely,

The WebCARMA Team

You can find the CARMA3-paper here: [link to paper]

Please note that CARMA classifies protein encoding DNA sequences, not RNA genes like 16S-rDNA. Classification of protein sequences is supported by CARMA3, but this is not yet possible via WebCARMA. You can find the source code of CARMA3 in the manual section.
