Overview
An overview of the programs in AIM and how they are used in the process of an array image analysis. Read the figure from bottom left to top right.
AIM uses three XML formats, one for storing project data (names of slides, basic features of the print layout, tiff file names etc), one for gridding and quantitative analysis results and one for general system configuration data.
